Position Summary: We are seeking a university graduate with a Master's degree to lead impact evaluation and baseline studies. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in impact evaluations and baseline studies. 2. Experience in socioeconomic research and impact evaluations. 3. Advanced training in Economics, Administration, or Engineering. **a) Academic Qualifications:** * University professional degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or Social Sciences. * Master's degree in Economics and/or project management and/or public policy and/or related fields. * At least two (2\) diplomas and/or four (4\) courses related to socioeconomic research studies, baseline surveys, impact evaluations, systematization of public interventions, interim evaluations, etc. **b) Experience:** * Led and properly substantiated at least nine (09\) impact evaluation and/or baseline studies of programs within the last ten (10\) years, preferably in public infrastructure improvement in the transport sector. * Two (2\) experiences in conducting socioeconomic research studies, baseline surveys, impact evaluations, systematization of public interventions, interim evaluations, etc., at national, regional, and/or local levels.
