We are currently seeking a **Project Manager** to lead the preparation of a Technical File for urban infrastructure in the **Pasco** region. The primary objective is to lead the comprehensive design of road and recreational structures, ensuring the project’s technical, regulatory, and constructability feasibility from the planning stage through final delivery of the Technical File. **Responsibilities:** * Directly responsible for formulating definitive studies and strictly complying with the project’s Terms of Reference (TDR). * Coordinate the execution of preliminary studies and fieldwork conducted by the entire multidisciplinary team. * Lead the integration of structural components and sign off on the completeness and integrity of the Technical File before the contracting entity. * Prepare the Manual of Organization and Functions (MOF) for the consulting team. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer (Mandatory: active registration must be maintained throughout the 60-day service period). * Minimum 3 years of post-registration professional experience, verified by official certificates. * Experience serving as Project Manager, Designer, Evaluator, or Supervisor. * Experience exclusively acquired within consultancies specializing in road works, bridges, ports, or urban transportation infrastructure. * Expertise in the sub-specialty of road works (pavements, highways, bridges). * Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with public entities. * Availability to conduct field visits to Pasco. * Valid A1 driver’s license.
