




**Main Responsibilities** * Execute mass recruitment processes for field and plant operators. * Generate recruitment metrics and cost reports. * Conduct outreach in influence zones (flyers, job fairs, field visits, referrals). * Screen applicants according to required operational profiles. * Coordinate and conduct preliminary interviews and data validation. * Register and update applicant information in databases. * Coordinate onboarding dates, inductions, and document submission. * Monitor attendance, onboarding, and retention of operational staff. * Support high-demand agricultural campaigns. * Coordinate with supervisors and field/plant managers regarding staffing requirements. **Requirements** * Completed technical or university degree in Administration, HR, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as: Recruitment Assistant, Logistics Assistant, or HR Support. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Basic interview techniques. * Basic transportation regulations. * Operational communication and internal customer service.
