Site Resident Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in managing building construction projects, coordinating activities, resources, and personnel while ensuring compliance with regulations and on-site safety. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in building, industrial, and educational construction (8 years) 2. Proficiency in project management using the Last Planner System and working at heights 3. Comprehensive site management, resource allocation, and personnel safety Site Resident Engineer * Civil Engineer with 8 years of accredited experience in building, industrial, and educational construction. * Licensed and registered Professional Engineer. * Experience managing projects using the Last Planner System. * Experience in at least three façade cladding projects using TR-4 and TR-7 systems. * Experience performing work at heights exceeding 20 meters. * Availability to commence work on 03/16. * Experience working under pressure and meeting targets. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Participate in developing the Project Management Plan and propose technically and economically viable solutions. · Execute site activities per the technical documentation and Action Plan, and coordinate with departments to identify additional requirements. · Ensure compliance with Safe Work Procedures across all operational areas. · Develop and enforce the monthly site progress schedule and assign tasks to field personnel. · Manage material, equipment, and personnel resources, and coordinate with responsible departments to ensure their availability. · Conduct coordination meetings with department heads to plan, identify issues, and evaluate solutions. · Monitor production progress and resource utilization in coordination with Planning and Cost Control departments. · Ensure compliance with contractual technical specifications and standards. · Implement improvements in construction processes and comply with site policies, standards, and procedures. · Motivate personnel to report incidents, lead incident investigations, and coordinate submission of investigation reports to the SSOMA department within established deadlines. · Plan work execution with a focus on safety, ensuring proper use of PPE and SPC. · Coordinate with the SSOMA Engineer for IPERs and IAAs related to work activities and ensure implementation of necessary preventive measures. · Ensure transportation of materials and equipment complies with established preventive measures.
