If you have experience in this field, hold valid certifications, and seek job stability, apply with us! **What profile are we seeking?** * **Age:** Over 23 years old. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in private security or be an Armed Forces graduate. * **Valid SUCAMEC course certification** (In some units, a valid ID card is required). * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Reference height:** Males minimum 1\.62 m / Females minimum 1\.58 m. * **General requirements:** Tattoos are permitted if fully covered by the uniform (not visible on face, hands, or related to violence). * **Availability:** For rotating day and night shifts (8 hours or 12 hours, depending on operational needs). **Your main responsibilities:** * Securing and protecting assigned unit facilities (clinics, retail stores, etc.). * Controlling access for staff and visitors. * Reporting incidents and strictly adhering to company and client security protocols. **What do we offer?** * **Salary Structure:** \* 8-Hour Shift: S/. 1,150 * 12-Hour Shift (Full Day): S/. 1,642\.62 * 12-Hour Shift (Day x Night): S/. 1,832\.21 * \*Additional family allowance of S/. 113 per minor child. * Full payroll from day one (bonus payments, CTS, vacation time, etc.). * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Uniform provided at no cost. * Additional benefits: Salary advances, educational agreements/discounts, perfect attendance bonuses in selected units, and referral bonuses up to S/. 350\. * Career advancement opportunities. **Contract Information:** * Contracts of either 2 or 6 months, selectable by the employee, renewable based on performance. * Note: Contractual commitment includes a penalty of S/. 450 in case of abandonment or breach without legal justification.
