**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly qualified **Site Resident** to join our technical team. This position is aimed at professionals committed to quality, safety, and meeting deadlines in the execution of road infrastructure projects, such as highways, pavements, bridges, and related works. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree holder and licensed in **Civil Engineering** (mandatory). * **Academic Degree:** **Master’s Degree** in Highway Engineering, Transportation, Road Infrastructure, Project Management, or related fields (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum **36 months**, counted from the date of professional licensing, as Site Resident, Supervisor, or Inspector in the execution, supervision, or inspection of **road construction works** (highways, paving, asphalt laying, bridges, road drainage, among others). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in current technical regulations applicable to road works and technical software such as **AutoCAD, MS Project, Office**, or related tools. * **Competencies:** Leadership ability, field team management, and technical decision-making skills.
