Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop Quality Plans for supervision of Electromechanical Works. * Prepare technical reports related to Quality Assurance of Electromechanical Works. * Develop work procedures related to Quality Assurance of Electromechanical Works. * Support preparation of deliverables for Electromechanical Works. * Support preparation of final quality reports for Electromechanical Works. * Provide guidance and verification of QC quality tests for release of quality approval for electromechanical components. * Support internal technical audit processes for Electromechanical Works. * Support management of RFIs, Technical Notes, etc., generated during Electromechanical Works. * Comply with guidelines established in the Construction Projects’ CQA Plan and the Electromechanical Specialty Project Management Plan. * Ensure compliance with quality requirements for electromechanical discipline works, guaranteeing execution in accordance with design drawings, technical specifications, timelines, and quality agreed upon by the organization. * Collaborate with construction management for projected electromechanical projects. * Comply with and enforce provisions set forth in regulations, codes, and documents of the Management System and Quality Management System (QMS). * Comply with directives and guidelines established by the Construction Management Department. * Other duties consistent with this position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 7 years’ experience in design, construction, supervision, or construction management for electromechanical projects in mining, hydrocarbons, piping, or similar sectors. * Preferred experience in quality assurance of electromechanical works for tailings dams, water pumping lines, electrical substations, and/or tailings transport lines. * Preferred residence in Cusco, Arequipa, Puno, or Moquegua. * Availability to work on-site under field regime. \#Perú \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 7**Job Posting** Mar 29, 2026, 12:48:37 PM
