Our **Machinery** team is seeking a **Technical Specialist Agriculture**, to join Inchcape **Peru**. The core purpose of this role is to provide specialized technical support for agricultural tractors, ensuring their correct operation in the field and across the service network. Manage the technical relationship with the OEM factory, lead fault diagnosis and resolution, promote product improvements, and contribute to after-sales development and business support. **What You’ll Do** * Provide field and workshop network (CES, STA) support, including fault diagnosis across diesel, hydraulic, transmission, electrical, and PTO systems. * Escalate technical cases, coordinate product improvements, and ensure efficient flow of technical information. * Supervise unit deliveries, checklists, configuration, and storage conditions. * Train the service network, sales force, and customers on operation, maintenance, and product advantages. * Conduct field demonstrations and tests with customers, operating tractors according to model and agricultural application. * Draft and update bulletins, technical data sheets, manuals, and technical literature. * Create maintenance packages in SAP, define special tools, and approve spare parts and implements. * Advise on equipment configuration per crop type, conduct visits to key customers, and define stock levels for critical spare parts. * Coordinate and execute campaigns, recalls, and continuous product improvement initiatives. We’ll **Match** if you meet the following **Requirements**: * Technical or university degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in agricultural or heavy machinery support. * Knowledge of agricultural tractors (diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and implements). * Effective communication and customer interaction skills. * Proficiency in Office (Excel). * Technical English (desirable). * SAP user (desirable). * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
