Preferred: completed or incomplete technical and/or university studies, preferably in logistics, administration, engineering, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE** At least 6 months of experience in similar roles, preferably in warehouses engaged in storage and distribution of medical devices or healthcare sector products. **ROLE \- PURPOSE** Ensure cargo dispatches are delivered to customers within the time, quality, and cost defined by Bomi in its value proposition. **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** This description reflects the essential responsibilities, functions, and competencies of this position. Additional responsibilities and/or duties may be assigned as appropriate for the role. * Coordinate with the validated transportation fleet for daily dispatches to clients contracting transportation services from Bomi. * Distribute cargo according to the capacity of owned or subcontracted transport units. * Prepare route sheets based on the geographical location of the final destination and customer type. * Continuously monitor route sheet progress. * Report any anomalous events occurring en route to internal and external customers. * Track incident reports to resolve issues as quickly as possible. * Support the physical organization of the Transportation Department. * Assist in vehicle loading prior to departure on routes. * Verify physical cargo loaded onto vehicles against documentation. * Maintain orderly equipment and workplace, reporting any anomalies. * Support and assist in consolidating reports. * Assist in safeguarding departmental documentation. * Ensure proper use of assets and equipment under one's responsibility. * Know and apply Good Documentation Practices. * Inform staff when standards—including SG\-SST standards—are not met. * Actively participate in safety talks and/or awareness programs, including those related to SG\-SST. * Propose necessary controls to perform work safely. * Report all incidents occurring in the area or workplace (injury-related accidents, near-misses, minor injuries). * Identify hazards associated with activities and corresponding control measures, ensuring their implementation. * Consistently ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in one’s work areas. * Verify that the workplace is in good operating and hygienic condition. * Other duties not otherwise specified, as requested by employer or supervisor. * Perform assigned tasks in accordance with the Good Distribution and Transportation Practices Manual. * Other duties not otherwise specified, as expressly assigned by employer or direct supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Work performed in Punta Hermosa and/or Lurín districts.
