Working Hours: * FULL TIME Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Saturdays, 7:30 am to 1:00 pm * PART TIME Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm Bring a printed CV · Requirements: * Graduates and/or final-cycle students in Psychology, Education, Administration, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Social Work, and/or Law (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles working with adolescents (not mandatory). * Soft skills. * Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities. * Commitment and responsibility. * Teamwork. * Management of academic and student performance reports — delivery of motivational speeches and use of motivational tools for students. * Intermediate Office software proficiency, Google Drive, and digital platforms (Kahoot, Quizizz — preferred). * Ability to manage and engage large groups. * Motivational, charismatic, and proactive.
