Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting analyst to manage vouchers, tax payments, reconciliations, and account analysis, as well as SUNAT coordination and validation of import costings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and recording of tax vouchers and payments 2. Analysis of various accounting accounts 3. Bank reconciliations and SUNAT coordination We are looking for an accounting analyst to work at our ATE office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review of Payment Vouchers on OSE Platform Customer Self-Withholding Payments – SUNAT website and recording in Accounting ERP Recording of payments for various taxes Bank reconciliations Account analysis: 12-13 Accounts Receivable from Customers, 14 Loans, Class 2 Inventories, 33-39 Fixed Assets – Depreciation, 34 Intangibles, 41 Remunerations, Tax accounts 40 and 16, 42 Suppliers SUNAT coordination: Approval of supplier invoices Updating the Customs Agent’s current account for Treasury (Excel file) Validation of COMEX costing, registration of DUAs for purchase recording, review of imports versus warehouse receipt, and payment to foreign suppliers Analysis of bridging accounts for collections / invoice netting Determination of finished goods and goods-in-transit at month-end closing / VALUATION: Validate unit cost and average cost from Kardex Responsible for supporting tax filings, including provisions for Monthly Tax Returns PDT 621, 626, 648, 617, Non-Resident IGV, and Annual Tax Return Analysis of Non-Resident IR Withholding, review of major company transactions with Non-Resident parties Review and supervision of correct application of Detractions, Withholdings, and other IGV regimes ESF-related tasks, inventory reconciliation and control of valued Kardex, Kardex unit reconciliation, Kardex accounting modules, inventory module, physical inventory audit Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. · REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 1 year of experience as an Accounting Analyst Availability to work in Ate, at the level of Yerbateros Slaughterhouse. · ERP system knowledge; Contanet knowledge is not mandatory · BENEFITS: - Payroll enrollment from day one. - Continuous training.
