We are seeking a **Brand Specialist.** **Responsibilities** \- Execute and support brand strategy initiatives across multiple channels. \- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice. \- Develop, manage, and track brand content, campaigns, and assets. \- Collaborate with marketing, design, and external partners to implement brand initiatives. \- Monitor brand performance metrics, awareness levels, and perception. \- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities. \- Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities from a brand perspective. \- Manage and organize brand guidelines, assets, and related documentation. \- Ensure all brand materials align with company values and strategic objectives. \- Provide internal guidance and support to teams on brand best practices and guidelines. **Requirements** \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. \- Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications roles. \- Practical experience supporting or executing brand initiatives and campaigns. \- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, sales). \- Experience managing or coordinating brand assets and content. \- Exposure to tracking brand performance metrics and preparing reports. \- Experience with digital or omnichannel brands (preferred). \- Experience working with creative agencies or external vendors (preferred). \- Experience supporting brand launches or rebranding processes (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** \- Knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, and corporate identity. \- Skills in developing brand content and messaging. \- Familiarity with digital marketing and brand channels. \- Experience working with brand guidelines and visual identity systems. \- Intermediate or advanced English (written and spoken). \- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office. \- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
