Responds to inquiries, prepares and tracks case files, coordinates with involved departments, and provides support in customs clearance and procedures before the customs authority. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to clients' legal inquiries, notifications, claims, and prepare case files. * Compile and conduct detailed analysis of customs documentation regarding tariff classification, taxation, valuation, and tariff preferences. * Review documentation for various customs regimes for approval (VB) in the SINTAD system. * Verify that information is complete, consistent, and complies with customs regulations. * Identify errors or observations in documentation and communicate necessary corrections. * Validate data for preparation or review of customs declarations. * Support tracking of customs clearances until final approval. * Maintain up-to-date records and documentary files for each submitted case. * Coordinate with account executives, customs brokers, clients, and other departments when observations arise. * Comply with internal procedures and directives issued by SUNAT. * Submit case files and written submissions to customs authorities regarding corrections, value adjustments, and other government-issued notifications. * Perform all other duties inherent to this position. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, International Business, Law, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of professional experience exclusively in customs brokerage agencies. * Experience as a Senior Liquidator or Junior Reviewer in customs brokerage agencies. * Experience in customs procedures related to foreign trade operations. * Proficiency in applying the General Customs Law, national and international regulations and agreements, Tariff Nomenclature, Customs Procedures, etc. * In-depth knowledge of various customs regimes: imports, exports; reviews, liquidations, and the General Customs Law. * Knowledge of tariff item classification, the General Customs Law and its Regulation, and related regulations. * Familiarity with and ability to use customs software. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Intermediate English (Desirable). **Additional Details:** * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:30 AM–12:00 PM * Grade: 009 * Work Mode: On-site * Contract Type: Indefinite-term * Availability to work at Av.
