Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge: Project-focused management, compliance, and risk management. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability to work at the Corpac headquarters (San Isidro) from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM (45-minute lunch break). WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Support the implementation of the compliance program. Conduct due diligence processes for suppliers, clients, and employees. Monitor compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Identify, assess, and follow up on compliance risks. Support regulatory compliance reviews. Participate in compliance culture training sessions and campaigns. Manage risk and control matrices. Support maintenance of the prevention model in accordance with Law No. 30424. Identify and assess criminal risks (e.g., corruption, money laundering, among others) under Law No. 30424. Conduct monitoring and follow-up of controls linked to the prevention model. Support the development and updating of anti-corruption policies and related procedures.
