Support in text dispatch About the Position: Support Dates: May 04 and 09 Working Hours: Availability to work between 6:45 am and 9:00 pm On-site at Lima Centro Campus Responsibilities: Assist with inquiries related to online and in-person enrollment (use of ICPNA website for classroom reservation and inquiry) Address customer questions and concerns, providing high-quality service (campaign discounts, enrollment activations, and administrative services) Report incidents occurring in virtual enrollment services Guide students (new or re-enrolling) to enrollment service stations or modules Support in text dispatch Other duties as assigned.
