We are currently seeking Sales Executives - Lima Centro Campus · Purpose: Drive sales closure through active commercial management, advising prospective students on our educational offerings (degree programs, courses, and diplomas), focusing on converting opportunities into enrollments and consistently surpassing commercial objectives. Advise and appropriately manage the assigned database in a timely manner, continually stimulating and awakening prospect interest to achieve effective enrollment closure via phone call or written channel. Responsibilities: Proactively manage assigned leads through digital and telephone channels (website, WhatsApp, call center, kiosks), focusing on generating conversion and effective closure. Advise customers by identifying their needs and steering conversations toward sales closure. Conduct consistent follow-up with prospects, handling objections and accelerating the decision-making process. Meet and exceed individual commercial targets while maintaining high productivity. Execute re-contact and opportunity recovery strategies to maximize conversion. Ensure a positive customer experience without losing focus on commercial results. · Requirements: - Completed secondary education. - Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or call center, with proven target achievement. - Desired experience in written-channel sales (e.g., WhatsApp). - Basic MS Office skills.
