We are the San Pío X Educational Consortium, a prestigious institution with 32 years of history, and we are currently seeking top talent for the position of Human Resources Assistant. Requirements: *Graduated in Administration, Accounting, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. *Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within educational institutions, service sector companies, or enterprises with mixed payroll systems (teaching/administrative staff). Essential Knowledge: *Current Peruvian labor legislation (D.Leg. 728, Private Teachers Act). *Proficiency in PDT Plame, T-Register, and AFP Net. *Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas). *Payroll settlements and calculation of social benefits. *Experience with EJB Contable and Human Resources payroll software. *Knowledge of the teaching labor regime (Law 26549 and MINEDU regulations). Responsibilities: *Prepare and process the monthly payroll for teaching and administrative staff. *Calculate social benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacations, family allowance, and settlements. *Manage registrations, cancellations, and modifications in T-Register (SUNAT) and AFP Net. *Prepare and submit the monthly PDT Plame. *Monitor and record attendance, overtime hours, absences, and deductions. *Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely provisioning and payment of salaries. *Address staff inquiries and complaints regarding salaries and benefits. *Maintain up-to-date digital and physical personnel files for each employee. *Support internal and external labor audits. *Prepare labor cost reports for the administrative management team.
