We are currently seeking to hire a Logistics Analyst for our office in Peru: Main Responsibilities: * Maintain up-to-date operational procedures and ensure compliance therewith, according to the contracted service. * Participate in periodic operational meetings with clients and/or their strategic suppliers to identify issues, improvements, or progress in service delivery. * Monitor the daily performance of operations across the entire logistics chain, in accordance with the contracted service. * Track service orders issued by clients and generate corresponding expense settlements / invoicing, including cost entry into our information systems. * Record and maintain accurate and updated operational data in our systems to monitor delivery and overall service compliance. * Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to Export and Import Coordinators (LCC Office) for customs clearance breakdown transmission, thereby avoiding fines related to this matter. * Perform field duties, including supervision at ports and warehouses. * Comply with requirements stipulated in BASC, ISO, Customs, IATA, DGAC, and other applicable regulations. * Deliver services in accordance with specific functions agreed upon between the client and the Company. * Perform other duties inherent to the position and/or assigned by direct management. * Undertake business trips or assignments within Peru and/or abroad, as directed by direct management. * Comply with company-established policies and standards regarding quality, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, supply chain security (OEA, BASC), and road safety, as well as related management systems.
