Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and General Services Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, ensuring the operationality of facilities and equipment. Knowledge of SSGG (Safety, Health, and Environmental Management Systems) or Maintenance in Service Companies (Education, Healthcare, Retail, Industrial, General Services, Facility Management). Knowledge of general services work (HVAC, ACI, DACI, Drywall, carpentry, etc.). Knowledge of Industrial Electricity and Plumbing. Experience leading a team of more than 30 people. · Your main responsibilities will be: Execute preventive maintenance activities across all UPNW and IDAC locations. Effectively implement the maintenance plan, considering all existing needs and variables at UNW and IDAC facilities. Conduct ongoing inspections within the institution to identify repairs and suggest necessary improvements. Achieve efficient maintenance management by identifying risks and/or avoiding cost escalation. Perform corrective maintenance and repair work on electrical installations. Ensure the operationality of facilities and equipment. Request necessary materials for maintenance activities. Prevent delays in task execution and ensure availability. Respond to maintenance requests and incidents according to established procedures. Comply with standards and procedures. Maintain order, cleanliness, and good condition of used equipment and tools. Guarantee the availability and proper condition of assigned equipment. Comply with the use of PPE, established uniform, and internal institutional policies. Ensure compliance with internal policies and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations.
