We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to lead the 4-year-old classroom during the 2026 school year. Required Profile: \- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the education sector. \- Basic knowledge of MS Office. \- Training or studies in Montessori pedagogy. Main Responsibilities: \- Design and implement playful and relevant learning sessions for 4-year-old children. \- Provide quarterly reports to families detailing each child's holistic development. \- Organize and carry out performances for commemorative dates (Father's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) and birthday celebrations with children's participation. \- Promote socialization, autonomy, and proper adaptation to the school environment. \- Ensure the safety, well-being, and appropriate daily experience of each child by applying respectful behavioral management strategies. \- Monitor daily attendance and promptly report any incidents.
