Job Summary: We are seeking a Retention Advisor to ensure academic continuity and strengthen students' connection with the institution through comprehensive follow-up and support. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous support to ensure a positive student experience. 2. Management of at-risk cases and referral to specialized departments. 3. Proposals for improvement and value-added actions to enhance student retention. The Universidad Científica del Sur, part of the Educa_d Group, is seeking a Retention Advisor to perform the following responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Conduct continuous follow-up with students, applying defined protocols, to ensure a positive experience. - Manage at-risk cases through timely support to guarantee academic continuity. - Refer students to specialized departments to ensure comprehensive and effective assistance. - Propose value-added actions and activities, based on student behavior, to strengthen their connection with the institution. - Identify causes of attrition and propose improvements to optimize retention. - Coordinate with faculty members and internal departments to ensure implementation of support actions. - Share insights with key departments to improve institutional experience and strategies. - Participate in mentoring and leveling programs to contribute to student development. Requirements - Completed secondary education or currently pursuing technical studies in education, psychology, social work, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in the education, financial, commercial, or retail sectors.
