What Are We Looking For in You? Professionals or university students from the 8th semester onward in Education, Psychology and/or Communication, and related fields. Minimum verifiable experience of 6 months in similar roles at schools. Proficiency in digital tools. Availability to work onsite Monday through Saturday, either morning or afternoon shift, at our locations in Lima. Key Challenges: Guide the holistic development of assigned students by providing academic, socioemotional, and vocational support, and serve as the primary liaison among students, teachers, and parents to enhance student well-being and autonomy.
