As a **Depot Site Manager**, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic operations in a dynamic environment, directly contributing to our expansion and operational excellence.
**Purpose of the Role:**
The Depot Site Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Callao depot, ensuring compliance with operational standards, safety, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead daily depot operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
* Supervise cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Monitor inventory and ensure asset integrity.
* Comply with local regulations and corporate policies.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction measures.
* Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and report to regional management.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in depot or logistics center management.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and customs processes.
* Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
