What profile are we looking for? Bachelor's degree or professional title in Social Work. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within industrial, educational, or related sectors. Experience in managing subsidies, medical leaves, and procedures with EsSalud, as well as organizing social and recreational activities for staff members. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability to work in Independencia. What will be your main responsibilities? Provide personalized attention and counseling to staff members. Develop and implement the annual Social Welfare Program, promoting creative and innovative activities that strengthen the relationship between staff and the institution. Calculate and supervise subsidies, managing their recovery through EsSalud. Coordinate and follow up on cases related to illnesses, workplace accidents, and medical emergencies, providing timely support. Register medical leaves, ensuring receipt of valid documentation. Input beneficiaries' information into the T-Registration system. Collaborate in designing trainings and interactive sessions on family, social, and preventive topics. What benefits do we offer?
