We are looking for a committed, empathetic professional with analytical skills to collaborate in implementing retention and support strategies for our undergraduate students. Your Responsibilities Plan and implement undergraduate student retention and loyalty strategies. Plan leveling workshop and academic tutoring activities for at-risk students. Implement early warning systems to detect academic performance difficulties among students and generate personalized improvement plans. Design training content for new undergraduate students, based on university services, enrollment procedures, and collaborative tools. Manage and coordinate student dropout cases with a focus on student reintegration, where feasible. Identify recurring risk situations related to student dropout and implement improvement actions accordingly. Submit progress reports on retention and loyalty strategies to relevant departments and regulatory bodies. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Administration, Psychology, Education, or related fields. 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably within the education sector. Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Suite. Knowledge of data analysis, educational platforms, and SINEACE accreditation standards.
