




Position Summary: We are seeking a Student Support Center Assistant to guide and support students and parents/guardians regarding academic procedures and inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Academic orientation and support for students and parents/guardians 2. Management of academic procedures and handling of inquiries 3. Technical and/or university graduate in Administration, Communications, or related fields. 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in the education sector. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. Customer service knowledge. What will be your responsibilities? 1. Guide and inform students regarding academic procedure management. 2. Support students during enrollment, course withdrawal, and schedule adjustments. 3. Provide parents/guardians with information about their child's academic performance and outstanding financial obligations. 4. Guide users on how to use the Book of Complaints. 5. Answer incoming calls from students and route them to the appropriate academic or administrative departments. 6. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
