




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to serve events, verify mise en place, set up and dismantle event rooms, and transport food and beverages at a 5-star hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in event service and customer service. 2. Proficiency in dining techniques and room setup. 3. Assistance in event logistics and supervision. ***Requirements:*** * Studies in Hotel Administration or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in this position at 5-star hotels. * Intermediate spoken English preferred. * Knowledge of customer service, F\&B services, dining techniques, and room setup. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ***Responsibilities:*** * Efficiently serve all customers hosting events at the hotel. * Verify that the event mise en place complies with the client's requirements. * Understand the use of materials and equipment in their section, as well as techniques for transporting trays, tableware, glassware, and cutlery. * Set up and dismantle event rooms under the direct supervision of the Maître. * Serve F\&B for all events and transport food and beverages according to established procedures. * Report customer feedback regarding service quality and food and beverage quality to the Captain or Maître. * Perform other duties assigned by management. ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Benefits in accordance with local labor law. * Point-based compensation. * Meal allowance.
