Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Keeper to manage material control, inventories, and stock at an ISO 9001-certified university. Key Highlights: 1. Perform logistical support functions Universidad Autónoma del Perú, certified to ISO 9001, is seeking new talent for its Villa El Salvador campus. Position: Warehouse Keeper Requirements University studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of: -Storage methods and preservation -Inventory preparation -Kardex management Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in the education sector. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities Receive, register, and store purchased materials, verifying correct payment voucher data. Input purchase orders into the logistics system upon prior authorization from the department head for proper control. Monitor and report stock levels, coordinating with the department head to ensure timely supply. Conduct monthly physical inventories to verify warehouse stock levels. Support quotation preparation and supplier communication to determine reference values for goods and services to be acquired. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
