Generates relevant conversations beyond financial products **What if your job were to build relationships with the next generation of high-net-worth individuals?** At **Credicorp Capital**, we are seeking a Wealth Advisor \- **NextGen Specialist** to lead a strategic initiative within our Wealth Management business. We are not looking for the traditional banker. We seek someone who understands wealth and investments, but who can also authentically connect with a new generation of clients: children of entrepreneurs, founders, future decision-makers, and potential heirs of some of the region’s most influential families. This role may be right for you if: ✅ You have 4–7 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Family Office, or related segments. ✅ You enjoy building long-term trust-based relationships. ✅ You comfortably navigate conversations about investments, wealth, innovation, entrepreneurship, and trends. ✅ You have a strong network of contacts and a natural ability to generate networking opportunities. ✅ You are interested in designing experiences, communities, and value-driven spaces for high-net-worth clients. ✅ You speak advanced English and are interested in regional and international exposure.
