Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Dynamic and able to work under pressure. Positive attitude and outstanding communication skills. Ability to efficiently handle food and beverage orders at the bar. What will you do? Stock the assigned bar at the start of each shift. Prepare cocktails and beverages according to the daily schedule and established quality standards. Serve and prepare food and beverage orders from hostesses and waitstaff. Maintain cleanliness of the assigned bar’s utensils and equipment. Prepare appetizers for final daily presentation to customers.
