If you are interested in participating in this process, please find below the profile we are seeking: WHAT WILL BE THE CHALLENGE OF THIS POSITION? Perform cash collection and customer service. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? Technical studies in Banking Administration or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in office software and POS systems. Customer service skills and relevant soft skills required for the position. Willingness to commute to Lima - San Borja (Desirable). Availability for full-time employment and rotating shifts (1 day off per week). WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Operate POS systems for card transactions. Generate daily account statements and perform cash drawer closing. Handle inquiry calls with empathy. Offer payment facilitation solutions (subject to prior coordination with your department).
