Job Summary: We are seeking a Video Surveillance Assistant to monitor and analyze video recordings, prepare incident reports, and support the control and maintenance of security cameras. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and management of video surveillance records for fraud prevention. 2. Preparation of detailed reports on incidents and damages. 3. Support in the maintenance and operational functionality of security cameras. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as CCTV Assistant, CCTV Operator, or related functions. Completion of CCTV and/or video surveillance training courses. Strong written communication skills and ability to prepare incident reports are essential. Responsibilities: Respond to requests for inspection of specific events by analyzing video recordings from stores as directed by analysts and the Fraud Prevention Coordinator. Prepare the Cash Procedure Non-Compliance Report for the Commercial Department and third-party damage reports regarding store infrastructure and/or equipment for the Logistics and Maintenance Department, including observations and conclusions from inspections, to determine appropriate actions. Properly archive Non-Compliance Reports and their corresponding video recordings for future audits, in accordance with established retention periods. Respond to various alerts from betting system providers via video recordings, verifying observed bets and replying via email; if irregularities are identified, prepare a Non-Compliance Report. Fulfill requests for video recordings submitted by official notices from the National Police of Peru (PNP) and/or the Public Prosecutor’s Office, delivering them via WeTransfer to the Supervisor or Commercial Manager and the Compliance Manager, as requested. Request support from the Support and/or Maintenance Department for any issues arising with store cameras. Assist the Maintenance Department when requested to review camera operational functionality to validate completed work. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
