




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with experience in payroll calculation and validation, social benefits, and payroll reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll calculation and validation, as well as labor benefits 2. Proficiency in HR ERP systems, AFP Net, and PDT Plame 3. Support for internal and external audits Requirements: Completed university or technical degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or related fields 1–2 years of experience in roles such as Payroll Assistant, Payroll Clerk, Payroll Officer, or similar positions Experience in payroll and labor benefits calculation (bonuses, CTS, profit-sharing) Knowledge of current labor legislation Experience using HR ERP systems, AFP Net, and PDT Plame Responsibilities: Calculate and validate payroll, bonuses, CTS, and profit-sharing Process social benefit settlements for terminated employees File and pay PDT Plame and AFP contributions Validate payroll data against accounting entries Prepare attendance, turnover, earnings, and benefits reports Support internal and external audit requirements (e.g., SUNAT, SUNAFIL) Generate payroll reports and data upon request Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor Essential Technical Skills: Excel – Intermediate Desirable Technical Skills: HR ERP Systems SAP – Basic. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Technical 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aide, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aux
