Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Team Leadership: Supervision, training, and management of kitchen staff. Cultivate a work culture focused on discipline and excellence. Menu and Recipe Engineering: Creation, costing, and standardization of base recipes and menu items. Responsible for strategic menu innovation and updates. Quality Assurance: Meticulous monitoring of dish execution (taste, temperature, plating) and service timing. Ingredient and Logistics Management: Direct coordination with procurement for supplier selection, raw material quality control, and efficient logistics flow. Inventory Control: Execution and supervision of cyclical and monthly inventories to ensure zero variances.
