




Position Summary: Electronic Security Leader with operational management responsibilities to design, implement, and enhance security systems across entertainment venues. Key Highlights: 1. Newport, an established company in the entertainment industry, is seeking an ELECTRONIC SECURITY LEADER WITH OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT. Contribute to enhancing the perception of security at venues and driving continuous operational improvement through implementation and support of electronic security system management. Main Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the electronic security system. Supervise compliance with current regulations (MINCETUR) and internal standards. Manage CCTV, alarm, access control, sensor, and real-time monitoring systems. Develop and execute inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance plans. Supervise the monitoring team (senior operators and operators). Coordinate incident response drills and evaluate response times. Analyze management indicators and propose operational improvements. Manage databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Coordinate security technology projects across multiple venues. Investigate incidents and prepare reports for decision-making. Manage personnel planning (shifts, vacations, rotations). Train the team on new technologies and security procedures. Requirements: Technical or university graduate in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience leading electronic security or monitoring centers. Experience managing teams of 25+ people. Knowledge of CCTV, alarms, access control, MINCETUR regulations, and management indicators. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Technical knowledge: Storage and backup systems. Access control and integration with alarm systems. Preparation and handling of technical reports and documentation.
