Knowledge of Human Talent Processes. Intermediate-level Office proficiency. OBJECTIVES: Execute the comprehensive process of evaluation, selection, hiring, and development of LMC’s human talent. FUNCTIONS: Implement procedures related to Attraction, Training, Hiring, Performance, and Development. Carry out employee onboarding, training, and evaluation. Maintain the Organization and Functions Manual up to date. Conduct performance evaluations for contract renewals and annual reviews. Prepare contract renewals and track respective signatures. Monitor the Occupational Health and Safety Work Plan. Request, distribute, and manage staff uniforms. Respond to employee inquiries and/or doubts. Ensure HR information remains constantly updated to meet reporting, analysis, or other required documentation needs. Draft and implement disciplinary measures and labor agreements, as requested by the immediate supervisor. Other duties related to your job objective.
