Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant with experience in general maintenance functions and knowledge in electricity, plumbing, painting, to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance of commercial or retail premises 2. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance in facilities 3. Coordination with suppliers and preparation of reports Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions such as Maintenance Assistant or general maintenance roles. Academic Qualifications: Completed Technical Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Knowledge: Basic knowledge in electricity, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance. Experience in maintenance of commercial or retail premises. Knowledge of safety and risk prevention standards (OSH). Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps (desirable). Basic-level English. Responsibilities Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in facilities (basic electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, among others). Support the inspection and diagnosis of equipment and infrastructure failures. Address and follow up on maintenance requests reported by locations. Prepare dashboards and performance reports for the maintenance department. Conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance needs. Keep maintenance department databases and systems (PAM) up to date. Coordinate external supplier activities for maintenance work and technical services. Verify compliance with established maintenance schedules. Maintain order and control over tools and work materials. Record performed activities and report incidents to the relevant department.
