Candidate Profile: - Technical degree, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and social media. - Experience in retail, entertainment, or shopping malls is desirable. - Occasional availability for store visits and on-site activations. Main Responsibilities: - Develop and monitor the annual marketing plan. - Plan and execute commercial and promotional campaigns. - Define promotions and commercial actions jointly with management. - Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns. - Analyze campaign metrics and results. - Plan the monthly content and publication calendar. - Define content ideas, copy, and guidelines for social media. - Coordinate and supervise the graphic designer’s work. - Organize priorities, schedule, and deliverables for the design department. - Coordinate activations, events, and in-store campaigns. - Maintain communication and coordination with shopping mall marketing departments. - Manage relationships and coordination with content creators for campaigns and activations. - Monitor proper campaign execution at stores. - Propose new ideas and initiatives to strengthen the brand and increase foot traffic and sales.
