Position Summary: We are seeking a continuous improvement or quality intern to support process documentation, project management, and data analysis, contributing to operational optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in documenting processes and procedures. 2. Project management and dashboard updates. 3. Coordination of events and integration initiatives. Requirements: Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, and/or Business Administration. Minimum 6 months of internship experience in quality and/or continuous improvement. Basic quality courses. (Desirable) Knowledge and application of best practices. (Desirable) Responsibilities: Support in documenting AS-IS processes and procedures (flowcharts, procedures). Uploading documents to Goldenbelt and generating corresponding approval workflows. Recording, updating, and tracking hires, terminations, and promotions on the Goldenbelt platform. Support in tracking action plans. User-level project management using internal tools such as Sites and digital repositories. Consolidation of operational data. Updating dashboards in Excel or Power BI. Monitoring metrics and KPIs. Supporting continuous improvement projects. Preparing meeting minutes and tracking commitments. Coordinating information gathering with user departments. Supporting the creation of forms, templates, and administrative resources. Coordinating events, team-building activities, and integration initiatives for the team. Managing requests with the Internal Communications department and tracking their resolution. Document version control. Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
