As a Regional Store Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be: Supervise the implementation of commercial strategy across stores within your region. Coach and evaluate the overall performance of Store Managers. Supervise compliance with operational processes defined by Head Office. Monitor and analyze key regional performance indicators (Retail KPIs). Ensure adherence to service standards and customer experience requirements in stores. Validate appropriate staffing levels and efficient resource utilization at each store. Supervise compliance with safety policies, loss prevention, and internal controls. Coordinate and implement corrective actions for operational deviations, inventory discrepancies, or performance shortfalls. Facilitate communication between Head Office and stores. Supervise compliance with labor guidelines and people management practices in stores. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Logistics, HR, Visual Merchandising, Pricing, Maintenance). Actively participate in corporate projects, store openings, renovations, and operational improvements. Proactively propose point-of-sale enhancements based on performance analysis. What Are We Looking For in You? University degree or technical qualification in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of professional experience leading teams. Proven experience in retail, mass consumption, or customer-facing businesses. Experience supervising and coordinating multiple sales locations. Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of retail metrics (sales, conversion rate, inventory, staffing, shrinkage). Basic understanding of people management and Peruvian labor legislation.
