Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to manage bank balances, record transactions, perform reconciliations, and support financial functions and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in treasury or financial areas 2. Intermediate-level Excel and Power BI proficiency 3. Coordination with internal departments for information flow Requirements Academic Qualification: Completed technical program or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles such as Treasury Assistant or other financial positions. Technical Knowledge: Intermediate-level Excel proficiency SAP knowledge (desirable) Intermediate-level Power BI / Power Query proficiency Programming language knowledge (desirable) Responsibilities Prepare the daily bank balance report for assigned accounts. Download and record daily bank account transactions. Execute scheduling of vault and Kasnet loans, and register corresponding receipts in the system. Perform daily reconciliation of collections, digital wallets, and credit cards. Record transactions in the SAP system. Analyze collection methods (credit cards, Yape, etc.). Prepare monthly reports on bank commissions, ITF, and collection methods. Generate monthly reports on digital wallet sales. Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounting, Commercial, Logistics, and others for financial information flow. Support other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
