Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant with experience in finance-related areas to manage reports, reconciliations, and banking operations, ensuring smooth financial information flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily management of bank balances and account movements. 2. Reconciliation of collections, digital wallets, and credit cards. 3. Coordination with internal departments for financial information flow. Requirements Academic Qualifications: Completed technical degree or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles such as Treasury Assistant or other finance-related positions. Technical Skills: Intermediate-level Excel proficiency SAP knowledge (preferred) Intermediate-level Power BI / Power Query proficiency Programming language knowledge (preferred) Responsibilities Prepare the daily bank balance report for assigned accounts. Download and record daily bank account movements. Execute scheduling of vault and Kasnet loans, and register confirmations in the system. Perform daily reconciliation of collections, digital wallets, and credit cards. Record transactions in the SAP system. Analyze collection methods (credit cards, Yape, etc.). Prepare monthly reports on bank commissions, ITF, and collection methods. Generate monthly sales reports for digital wallets. Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounting, Commercial, Logistics, and others for financial information flow. Support other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
