At Marathon Group, we seek talent to join our Distribution Center team located in Huachipa (EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED; MEN & WOMEN WELCOME). RESPONSIBILITIES: Goods receipt. Storage and organization. Order preparation according to customer requirements. Inventory control. Handling of documents and records. Performing picking. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education. Experience not required; willingness to learn is essential. Availability to work at HUACHIPA PLANT. Reference: Mafre bus stop on Priale Avenue. SCHEDULE: Day shift: Monday to Saturday, 7 AM – 4 PM. Night shift: Sunday to Friday, 8 PM – 5 AM. Night shift bonus applies. Monthly rotation or you may select your preferred shift. BENEFITS: Fixed salary: S/. 1300.00 + Food voucher: S/. 150 + Night shift bonus: S/. 200 or more (night shift only).
