At Marathon, we are currently looking for a WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE for our store located at the AURORA OUTLET. Responsibilities: Carry out merchandise receipt and shipment procedures, minimizing errors in the store’s ledger. Perform cyclic counting and inventory procedures. Safeguard store merchandise and assets; adhere to safe, honest, and transparent behaviors. Meet sales floor requirements by delivering products promptly. Assemble stacks and pallets. Restock merchandise on the sales floor. Attend training sessions. Participate weekly in the “Cleanliness Festival.” Be willing to perform additional duties or tasks assigned by supervision. Provide support to other departments as needed. Requirements: Reside in areas adjacent to our Aurora Outlet. Preferably, 6 months to 1 year of retail experience. Availability to work rotating shifts and full-time (48 hours per week). Verbal fluency and assertive communication. Strong motivation to work and grow.-Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Education years of experience Age: between 18 and 33 years
