





With the opening of our new office located in the Surco district, we are seeking a responsible, committed, and dynamic Community Manager to join our team. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of formal experience in related roles. * Advanced writing skills (copywriting, storytelling, and attention-grabbing hooks for social media). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Audiovisual design and management: photo editing and retouching; creation of social media assets. * Proficiency in **Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut Pro**. * Experience managing accounts in the **healthcare sector**. * Familiarity with **AI tools** for image generation. Responsibilities: * Design, manage, and schedule content (posts, carousels, reels, stories). * Conduct recordings and shoots for content production. * Edit short videos with strong pacing, visual narrative, and results-oriented focus. * Write copy using storytelling techniques aligned with the brand’s promise. * Manage campaigns and advertising placements (Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads). * Identify trends (audio clips, hashtags, challenges) applicable to the healthcare sector. * Analyze metrics and propose improvements (organic and paid). * Escalate and report complaints/claims promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.
