We are looking for a sewing technician (MALE) passionate about artisanal work** Do you enjoy sewing, creating, and bringing unique characters to life? At *G\&C Soluciones Empresariales*, we design highly creative and detailed products for various brands, campaigns, and special occasions. And now… we want you on board! **What do we need?** We are seeking a responsible, committed individual with sewing experience—both machine and hand sewing. Ideally, you feel comfortable working with diverse materials such as fabrics, felt, stuffing, etc. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Completing the full production of dolls and textile items from start to finish. * Applying various sewing techniques according to each design: embroidery, invisible seams, decorative stitches, etc. * Supporting other workshop tasks, such as: * Organizing materials * Assisting in assembly and fitting of components * Contributing ideas to improve processes * Collaborating effectively within a team, maintaining a positive attitude and openness to learning and proposing improvements. **What do we highly value?** * Proficiency in operating different types of sewing machines (flatbed, overlock, etc.). * An eye for detail and high-quality finishing. * Genuine enjoyment of artisanal work and enthusiasm for adding your personal touch to each piece. **What do we offer in return?** * A warm, creative, and flexible environment where every idea counts. * Flexible working hours aligned with production needs and projects (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). * Opportunities for growth within a team that values dedicated, heartfelt work. * Sundays and public holidays off. **THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION AT OUR WORKSHOP LOCATED IN THE DISTRICT OF INDEPENDENCIA.
