Job Responsibilities * Support the planning and execution of the company's marketing and communication strategies, focusing on lead generation, brand positioning, and message consistency across different channels. * Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) aimed at lead generation and sales. * Monitor and improve key performance indicators (CPL, CTR, CPC, ROI/ROAS) through data analysis and data-driven decision-making. * Implement A/B testing, remarketing strategies, and conversion funnel optimization. * Propose content ideas and themes aligned with the company's business objectives. * Coordinate content execution with design and content creation teams, ensuring achievement of defined objectives. * Review content prior to publication, verifying its alignment with business and communication strategy. * Support brand communication management and initiatives aimed at strengthening brand positioning. * Propose and coordinate digital and traditional marketing activities aligned with the business strategy. * Conduct competitive analysis (benchmarking), identify improvement opportunities, and propose initiatives contributing to business growth. * Coordinate with the sales team to monitor lead quality and contribute to improving conversion rates. Experience and Other Requirements * Experience in digital marketing managing advertising campaigns. * Experience in lead generation and optimization of results-oriented campaigns (CPL, ROI, conversions). * Knowledge of digital metrics analysis and use of tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or similar. * Experience in digital content creation (ideation and/or recording), with a focus on conversion. * Experience collaborating with designers and/or content creators. * Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose actionable solutions. * Basic knowledge of remarketing strategies, conversion funnels, and A/B testing. * Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects or brands. * Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams (sales or other departments). **Desirable:** Experience in service, healthcare, education, or high-ticket business marketing.
