Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** Responsibilities: * Design the agribusiness sectoral strategy, identifying and prioritizing subsectors with the highest growth and profitability potential for the bank, supported by macroeconomic analysis, market trends, climate outlooks, and risk assessment. * Define the agribusiness portfolio strategy: Collaborate with the Risk department to determine appetite and sectoral credit exposure limits for specific subsectors (e.g., export fruits, grains, livestock, fertilizers). * Monitor the market: Continuously track global and local trends (geopolitics, commodity prices, market regulations) to anticipate impacts on the portfolio. * Lead strategic origination aligned with the bank’s focus and appetite to identify large-scale financing opportunities. * Create value propositions by designing short- and long-term agricultural financing products (pledge loans, leasing, factoring), with disbursement and amortization schedules adapted to seasonality and harvest cycles, ensuring perfect alignment between debt service and actual cash flow generation. * Ensure cross-selling: Promote placement not only of credit but also of comprehensive solutions, transactional products, international trade services, foreign exchange hedging, and derivatives. * Promote ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria in the sector: Facilitate and design sustainability-linked financings (e.g., Sustainability\-Linked Loans), requiring certifications for efficient water use, zero deforestation, or good agricultural practices—critical today to attract international banks. * Actively collaborate with the Structuring Team in designing credit structures: Lead, monitor, participate in, and supervise structurers, analysts, and associates in structuring financing solutions, ensuring technical quality of financial models and appropriate terms and conditions tailored to each company’s specificities and seasonality. * Supervise compliance with origination budgets, commission income, financial margin, and delinquency control of the agribusiness portfolio. * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and drive continuous improvement of the role.
