High level of proactivity, commitment, and responsibility, full-time availability, good communication skills, teamwork, and a positive work environment. +5 years of proven experience in secretarial work required. Responsibilities: - Proficient in Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Receive clients and direct them to the appropriate departments. - Issue electronic invoices. - Carry out coordination and quotations. - Provide feedback to the Design and Projects department. - Experience in corporate email communication. - Communicate necessary information to clients via phone and corporate emails regarding work orders and follow-ups. - Support the administrative department by drafting documents and quotations, scheduling appointments, planning board meetings, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor. - Knowledge of logistics and imports. - Familiarity with social media and marketing.
