Job Summary: We are seeking a Middle Graphic Designer to create static and animated graphic assets, supervise junior designers' work, and participate in the creative process with innovative resources. Responsibilities: Design all assigned graphic assets, both static and animated. Supervise graphic assets created by junior designers. Actively participate in the creative process alongside the assigned copywriter as a duo. Propose innovative and trend-aligned graphic resources. Prepare final artwork according to the agency's established process. Ensure proper organization of the agency's file storage. Actively participate in the agency's proactive creative initiatives. Requirements: Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, Fine Arts, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Junior Graphic Designer. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, animation, and AI tools (Mandatory). We Offer: MYPE payroll registration.
